yea I had that issue Bash with Battlefield when I was playing the game the other day at the AMP Gaming Tour thingie. It took me ages to figure out the controls, they were so awful. I didnt change them, I just gave up, classified the PS3 as a failure, and left

You're going to not get an excellent game because it doesn't use shoddy triggers? It's advantageous to use the L1 and R1 buttons anyway, because they have a shorter pull, so you can shoot much faster.

No, you can't. If it's such a big problem, then you may be able to buy a second controller (or I suppose that you could install a switch so you only need one controller) and swap the L2 with L1 and R2 with R1.

Disclaimer: I've never looked at the wiring on the PS3 controller, so you may not be able to do this easily.

man, screw sony, they always find a way to **** up there system. (i know its the developers fault)

btw i will probably still get warhawk but not any time soon.

Why are you so obsessed with triggers? They rally don't enhance anything in any way in a shooting game. (unless you consider lower speed an enhancement) And the triggers are used in the places that it does matter. (driving and flying)

because it feels so wrong, i am used to the triggers, and its not slower because usually u dont have to push it in all the way.

It doesn't matter whether you have to push them in all the way, it's still slower, since R1 will always have a much shorter press, and is much easier to rapid fire with a semi automatic weapon.

And why don't you just do like I said and switch them?

no but it wont work with all games and i wont be able to use it for all games.
