I was going through some of the GTA IV things on there site. Man there is a heap of funny things on that site.
One of the things i came across was the Love and Meet.net.
Give it a try it great

once i went on the gta computer and i went on a site then it said something like i wasnt supposed to go there and that the police has been notified...then wen i got off the computer..i forgot how many "wanted" stars i had i think it was like 3 or 4...then there were police guys everywhere n helicopters! then they started bombing me! it was crazy, i forgot wat site it was though

OMG. I SWEAR TO GOD!! i didnt put any cheat, i just went on a website n that was EXACTLY wat happened!! im not lying!!! it was the craziest thing that ever happened to me on gta4. go look it up or something - its true!!!
