is there going to be or is there a clan , page or thing on halo 3 . to start a clan or to join one on HALO 3 Xbox live ?

just join someones clan that are in a room or something lol or im sure on the internet it explains how to cause i just got halo 3 yesterday and i dont really know anytin about it
