Yes. You can everywhere in America. The right to bear arms is guaranteed by the second amendment. It's one of the few constitutional rights that we still have...and it's been compromised as well, by the illegalization of fully automatic, and other types of weapons.

Well, you have to be 18 to actually buy one, and in Utah you have to be 12 (and go through a safety course) to hunt...But I guess that if someone gave their five year old child a gun, it would be legal. Unless it's in one of the states that it is illegal for a minor to have access to a gun, but those states suck.

not really a 5 year old brain isn't fully developed so he could shoot someone(without meaning to), so it much much safer to have an age limit of like at least 16...

But it's still an idiotic bias. There are five year olds who are more intelligent than 18 year olds. It's like saying that because a larger percentage of black people will commit crimes than white people, we should just arrest them before they do anything illegal. It's bullshit.

Well, first of all, that statement is useless, because it's based on religious bile. Right and wrong do not exist, so they can't be differed. And if they could, then there wouldn't be some arbitrary age where people suddenly understand it.

Corrupted? More religious bile I see.

If there has to be restrictions, (which there shouldn't be, and which are illegal themselves) then they should be based on intelligence and skill, not on an arbitrary number that doesn't mean anything.
