LOL, no it's not. It's slow as fu¢k. I wish Qwest offered their 20Mb/s fiber optics shit here. I'd quickly rid of Comcast for it. But, they just barely started offering their slow DSL here.

And dial-up is generally 50Kb/s, not 30Kb/s...
