All I am saying is not kid should get a nice car. They are going to trash it plain and simple. Also it pisses me off when a 16 year old kid has a better car than me lol.

glad you dont live here in Vancouver then....When u go around the High Schools, its nothing but 16 yr old kids driving BMW's, Mercs, Subarus with the odd extremely nice car here and there. Thats of course just the Asians, when u c one of the white kids driving around they are of course in some old banger worth like $200. Theres of course exceptions...but mainly..

We have that around here in Pennsylvania also, but what are you going to do it still makes me mad. I am just mad because when I was 16 a drove a piece but it was a car and I loved it.

well, actully i think its better to start off with a crappy car that u bought by yourself, then a good car that you parent bought, the reason is because u feel like u earned it and not like someone just gave it to u, and by doing it this way u allso get the true value of money and u feel good.

LOL I wouldn't trash my car. (if I had one) I always take care of everything I own, (example: If one of my friends touch my Wii or PS3 and smudge them then I beat the shit out of them) and I would be much more careful with it if I drove something valuable. Just because you don't have money for a nice car doesn't mean that people with money shouldn't be able to have one.

I could do fine without their money, (and I do since they don't really give me any) but if they were to give it to me then I would gladly take it. And I don't care if it would be earned, WTF does that matter? I'm not going to feel any better if I work for something than if someone gives it to me, it is the other way around. People that say things are better if you earn them are just a bunch of poor idiots.......

But its not like I just go ask him for $5000 and he opens up his wallet. I work for it all, and it doesn't really matter if he happens to own the business I work for, I'm still working, and I could still get a job for someone else.
