[PS3-Boy-Wants-a-360]

At the mo i have a PS3 but i am looking at getting a 360 as well at the end of the month. If anyone has got both the PS and 360 which do you think is the best and why.

The main reasons i want to get a 360 is for the games it has that the PS3 doesn't. E.g. Halo 3 and GoW. I have played the first two halos as i have the original xbox and i just want to complete the experience. (Is it worth it?)

I will only probably get the Arcade or the Premium. There is a bundle on at GAME where you can get both Halo 3 and Gears for £209.99 for the arcade or £259.99 for the Premium.

If you just want to get it to complete the halo series you will be disappointed

If you want to get it for Halo 3 alone, then personally I wouldnt say its worth it, because I dont believe buying any console for a single game is worth it. Theres got to be a good amount of games you want for it to really make the purchase worth while. I personally quite enjoy Halo 3, and GOW is brilliant. Also, GOW 2 is due out this November.

I would not suggest buying the Arcade console becuase you dont get an HDD, you only get a tiny little MU. It would definately be worth it to spend the little bit extra money and get an HDD.

Just as a heads up, theres rumours floating around the internet that the 20GB Premium model could be replaced with a 60GB model, so if youd like the extra HDD space then it would be worth your while to wait and see what the results of the rumours turn out to be. If the rumours turn out to be true, I have no idea what the price point would be though.

ya and if you get the arcade then you cant play burnout online because it requires a hdd.

I have both systems and I love the 360. I definitely think it's worth it for the exclusive games. I love Halo 3 and GoW is pretty good.
