yes, they are. Not on launch though. Other games, such as PGR3 have come out with less then 1000 points. Games are now allowed to have up to a maximum of 1250 though.

yea if a game doesnt come with the 1,000 points then the publisher always add it in with download content.
Ive never played them either so i duno what they are like.

What game like that now adays isnt a GTA ripoff yes it kind of is but I dont think these are rip offs per-say Gta has just came up with a new way of game and I think its good that more games are out like that
