Ok, so when I boot up my 360 it starts making crazy noises like its going to explode... and then it will come up "unplayable disc" and that keeps happening.. after maybe 50 trys might get lucky and it will play the game.. what the hell is wrong with this? anyway to fix this? please help!!!

Sounds like the laser in the DVD drive is stuck. Prolly requires a trip to MS for repair.
