hey be happy you got a tracking # us canadians have to site back and hope for the best.. like when i call and asked for the box they said they would send it and in like 3-4 days and i waited like 10 day and it turned out the guy didn't fill the form right and they fixed it and sent it and i got the box like 5 days later... and they didn't even give me 10 extra day for live...

Who do they use for shipping in Canada? Here we have to take it to UPS (they don't pay to have it picked up, you have to drive there and drop it off) and they give you a receipt that says the tracking number. And I'm sure that you get a reference number from MS that you can use to see what's going on at their website. It doesn't say where the box is, but it says whether they've got it.

i cant remember, i think its ups(85% sure) here 2 but they are 2 cheap to pay for tracking :/

Microsoft uses Puralator here in Canada, and I am 100% certain about that. They also give you a tracking number, as I got one, and everybody I have talked to on the Canadian XBOX forums has always gotten one aswell. Bash, you just suck and nobody likes you

well I'd go with the UPS tracker in that situation. They will update theirs more often then M$ I would imagine.

Well apparently they completely skipped the "Device received at service center" step and went straight ahead to the "Device shipped to customer" step...
Now I just have to wait for slow ass UPS again... |
