Xbox 360 Network Problem

Hi, this is my first time on this forum so sorry if i posted this in the wrong section. I connect to my modem via the xbox 360 wireless adapter. Recently I'd started having problems when I connect to xbox live. I'd stay connected for around 20 mins and then it disconnects and when I run the network test it tells me xbox live has failed. I'd then have to wait around 15 mins untill I can reconnect and then the whole process starts over. I contacted xbox live customer support and they told me to forward some ports. My NAT was open before I did this but i forward them anyway and problem seemed solved for a few days. However it is now back and seems to be worse than before ( I stay connected for around 10 mins). I would greatlly appreciated any help in fixing this problem as it is becoming really annoying. Thanks in advance for any help.

Dont worry! maybe the cust support you talked is just out of training...
theres few steps to solve this issue..
1. If you can try a different gamertag if this solved your issue then you need to delete your gamertag and try to recover it maybe this is a gamertag issue.
2. Or you can do this go to system, memory the select hard drive then press the Y button. then press a for the cleaning of your hard drive maybe there is a file preventing you to connect to xbox live maybe a corrupted gamertag.
3. call the xbox live support again tell them the xyz code that you have when you are trying to connect to xbox live so they can forward this one to the tier 3 support.

I forgot before calling xbox live try to reset the console to default setting and try to set the console again. if this did not solve your issue the call xbox live.
