i go on the middle thing a it still has 2 bars left of energy but it keeps flashing on the middle bit and after a bit it went off im just wandering what happened

it means your batteries are running low/flat. If your still using AA batteries, simply take off the battery pack, take out the two batteries and recharge them and put them back in(or put new ones in). If you have a Rechargeable battery pack, then either plug in your Play and Charge kit(if you have one) or take off the pack and put it on a recharge stand(again, if you have one) If for some reason you have the rechargeable battery pack, but nothing to recharge it with, then either go out and buy a Charge Station, or the Play and Charge Kit.
2 bars left is when the controller starts to flash telling you the batteries are low, 1 bar left is when the battery life gets really low and will eventually start turning itself off due to not enough power. (also, the middle button with the lights around it that flash, that button is called the XBOX Guide Button) |
