DVD drive

to play this disk put in an xbox 360

I go tthis message bought a new drive and hooked up the wiring however i will not read any disk I keep getting the errors to play this disk put in an xbox 360. the drive was a
DVD LG GDR 3120l


If I need to flash something what do I flash and where do I get software
Do I need some type of key

Any help would be great

i have no idea...maby it has something to do with your using a different drive? Why did you take the 360's out in the first place??
