A fun thing to try if you have a 3/4 RROD anyway!

Okay, I know I"m new here and all, but I've got a fun? suggestion for ya!

(not responsible for complete failure of your stuff, or killing your warranty or something, AT YOUR OWN RISK!!)


If you have the 3/4 RROD (all RED except for upper-right quadrant) then try my 'fix' because you are about to send it back anyway!!

Take your games out, HD off, disconnect all cables on the back of it....

Then pick it up about waist high....

And just let it go.. I did this on carpet, BTW! Not very thick carpet either..

Note: I didn't say THROW I said DROP!

For more fun, take it again, at the same height, turn it over, then DROP it again! Why not?

Hey, you are about to send it back, why not take some frustation out on the POS?

i have an idea and i did it to mine and it worked. take a chainsaw and saw it into 4 equal pieces, same size and everything. then, put them back together and glue them back perfectly. next, stick it in the freezer for a couple of hours and your good to go.

I melted and compressed mine into a small cube. That solved all my overheating issues.

actually there is proof that beating the crap out of ur 360 can bring it back to life...ive seen videos of guys punching, kicking and dropping their 360 with the RROD, and it then coming back to life. For how long, i cant say. But it did come back to life.

I cant say his 'fix' will work, but it will definately void ur warranty(of course what i just mentioned will aswell)
