why are u suggesting he go out and buy a Premium XBOX 360 AND a memory card??? That makes no sense. If he gets the Premium, he has a HDD so why would he want a Memory card unless he wants to transfer things which he didnt mention?
If your going to buy an XBOX 360, either get the Premium or the Elite. My advice to you right now though, wait. Dont get it right now. M$ should be close to a price drop. All the analysts are suggesting a price drop is coming, plus the 360 has been over 600 days without a price drop, which is the longest a console has gone without a price drop in history. The closest a console has been to that was the PS2 at, i believe, about 512 days. |

^ i dont think there will be a drop untill about a month or 2 after halo because that game is going to sell them a bunch of 360s. by bunch i mean 5-8 mill worldwide

I doubt there will be a price drop soon anyway. There isn't really any reason for them to drop it.
