Hi,
On Monday 21st, I installed a brief update to Xbox Live. Nearly at the end, a message about "restart your connection appeared". After throwing me back to the dashboard, I atempted to install it again. It succeeded, but now I can't log into Xbox Live! Sometimes it tells me I have to update my payment options, but at the screen of Account Management, it "loads" for a couple of seconds before throwing me out to the dashbaord. Otherwise when I try to connect to Live, it just loads for about 10 seconds, and then it goes back to the dashboard. Sometimes, it even signs out from my profile!
What the frak is happening?

I cant update my payment. The page automaticaly throws me to the dashboard, on the rare occasions that it prompts the option. And my connection is fine. My PC works, and the connection test is all ok.

I've got no idea whats happening, your best bet is to call XBOX support at 1-800-4-MY-XBOX. They should be able to tell you whats going on.
