Right, i purchased a 3 month xbox live membership three months ago on the 22nd of March. It obviously ran out about 8 days ago. However i can still play Online on xbox live with my friends. I have no money in my bank account so surely xbox live didnt automatically renew my live did it? does this mean i have bought something i dont have money for?
Well any help would be appreciated thanks. |

LOL, yes, it probably renewed it. I think it automatically does so after the first time you purchase it from your console. (it obviously can't if you used a prepaid card) If you want to check, then go to the Marketplace blade, Account Management, Memberships, and then whatever is listed there. It will tell you the renewal date and such. As far as I know, the only way to stop the automatic renewal is to call MS. And make sure you have an hour or two, because you will be talking to people in India who have very poor English skills, so you will most likely have to talk to quite a few of them before you find someone that understands you...

HEY! i can speek english fine, the reason that (some) Indians cant speak English properly is because its not there first language! its like u on the phone with a german guy, do u really think u would get him 100%?

xbox customer service is horrible!!! i always get stuck with people i can hardly understand, i dont understand why microsoft has such bad customer service. arent they supposed to be a top company? its unbelievable how many of these types of people they hired

HOLY CRAP if thats true...i did not know that! wowww... well wat i dont understand is...they have the worst customer support i have ever known!! they must have millions of people complaining about it and yet they still havent done anything about it... and why would they hire people from india!!! thats dumb lol
